Located in Tours, Nemery & Calmejane Ltd extend over 12.250 M² (i.e. 2 football fields) and is divided into 2 buildings :
- The main building : 10.000 M²
- The « ceramic » building : 2.250 M²
8 employees work in the company :
- 47 people work in the head office and warehouse in Tours, including 1/3 in the customization workshops.
- 16 salesmen visit customers all over France.

The main building includes offices, the main warehouse, as well as 2 customization workshops :
- Offices : 23 employees
- Warehouse : 10 employees
- Printing and engraving workshops : 8 employees
- Doming and sticking workshop : 3 employees
Ceramics decorating workshop : 2 250 M²
This second building covers the whole « Ceramics » part, from blank ceramics to its complete customization with all-over decal :
- Offices : 3 employees
- Ceramics warehouse : 2 employees
- Decals room : 6.000 different decals
- Ceramics decorating workshop : 4 employees
- Oven loading and firing : 1 employee
- Sublimation workshop : 4 employees
- Packing : 3 employees

- Orders processing : 3 employees
- Sales : 3 employees
- Accountancy and invoicing : 6 employees

Our warehouses contain a huge storage space to place all our 13 000 item numbers, and prepare our 000 annual orders.
These are divided into several areas :
- Containers unloading and quality control : 1 employee
- The storeroom : 1 employee
- The main storage space with different picking areas : 3 order pickers
- The « Paris » storage area : 1 order picker
- Packing and Delivery : 2 packers
